How it works

The life of a case, in eight steps.

The unit of work is a case: one box of notes, normally ten thousand of them. Everyone on the line handles the same boxes, but nobody sees the whole journey. Banknote Tracker does.

  1. GeneratedAn indent asks for notes and a prefix turns it into real, numbered cases.
  2. LabelledEach case gets its QR label, printed in volume.
  3. PackedCases are scanned and packed, so nothing goes in unseen.
  4. ConfirmedFinished cases are checked and confirmed as complete.
  5. Advice signedThe advice is issued and signed by the offices that must approve it.
  6. EvacuatedCases leave the factory floor, and the Central Bank is told.
  7. MovedThe journey is recorded: destination, vehicle, driver and flight.
  8. BilledThe bill is raised from the signed advice, ready for Finance.

Features

Built for the floor, the office and the Central Bank.

Your workspace, ready when you are

Open the app and see the cases waiting for you, filtered to your department. Search, filter and act on many cases at once, and undo a mistake when you need to.

Labels and reports at volume

Every case number, serial and QR code is worked out once, when the prefix is generated, and never again. Print labels and reports in bulk, with the headers, footers and signatures your process needs.

Labelling cases and printing their QR labels

Advices signed by email, checked by anyone

Each signing office gets its own link by email, so the Central Bank and the mint can sign without an account. Every advice and invoice carries a QR code that confirms it is genuine.

Every movement on record

Before cases leave, the trip is captured: where they are going, the vehicle, the driver and the flight. It is the record a question months later is answered from.

A live window for the Central Bank

Monitoring users see the line read only, and evacuations reach the Central Bank through a live, configurable feed, with every delivery logged.

Monitoring the live feed to the Central Bank

Find one banknote

Search a serial and see which packet, bundle and case it sits in.

Packing by scan

Verify a document

Holding a printed advice or invoice?

Scan the QR code in its footer with your phone camera. The page that opens checks every signature against the exact content it was made over, so a copy that has been altered cannot pass. Anyone can do this, and no account is needed.
